The "Sharda Mansukhlal Kothari Charitable Trust" is run by the founders of the Group to undertake various charitable initiatives in the field of education, health, developing community centres, and more.

We have always been firm believers in quality education and its importance in strengthening a society. With top-of-the-line modern infrastructure & world-class amenities, the Group established "Kothari International School - Noida", a senior secondary school in 2006.

In 2011, we added "MansukhBhai Kothari National School - Pune", an egalitarian model of education.

We felt a need to expand the scope of education to children of higher grades. Therefore, in 2016, "Kothari International School - Pune", a higher secondary school with an exceptionally brilliant academic backbone was established. In the same year, "Kothari Starz" a day care chain for toddlers was also formed keeping in mind the need for the overall development of toddlers.
